RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At SAINT EXIM, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition as received
  • In their original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

To initiate a return, please contact us at priyanka@saintexim.au with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty, damaged, or not as described. In those cases, SAINT EXIM will cover all return shipping costs in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you may choose to receive your refund via:

  • Original payment method — processed within 5–10 business days, or
  • Store credit — issued immediately and valid for 12 months

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalised orders
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

Australian Consumer Law

Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
